How does editor V know this famous street vendor "yen shei mien dien"?

The story is a sbelow,

One day，Jane and I went to see the place "Fantacy Plan". It's a very popular location in Taichung. The planers of "Fantacy plan group" re-designed the idle houses to the green houses. They looked for different types of creators and micro-industries stationed in the "Fantasy Plan",and also opened a line Linked with th local residents.

The below pictures are some of the greenn houses.You can see the appearance are the old houses, but the old houses become new features by design and planted trees.

Jane and I  walked around and felt tired,we chose the street vendor which name is "yen shei mien dien" (Chinese name is 鹽水麵店),and the mark is as below.

They don't have English name so I just use the pronunciation.The meaning of  name is salty noodles store.

The address is 408 Zhongxing Street, Taichung City.This vendor is very popular, because of it's taste is traditional Taiwanese style.

1.Fresh tangyuan soup (鮮肉湯圓)

The skin of tangyuan is very soft，and the meat which wrapped inside is fresh with a little oil.

2.MINCED MEAT THIN NOODLES (肉燥乾細麵)

The taste of minced meat is strong and thin noodles is very flexible. 

3. SOUP THIN NOODLES (湯細麵)

 The taste of soup is delicious.

4.Liver (豬肝)

The liver is soft and  do not have terrible smell.

5.PRESERVED EGGS TOFU (皮蛋豆腐)

It's a typical snack in Taiwan. The taste of preserved egg is special, you should try it and you'll feel unforgettable.

5.蛤蜊湯 Clams soup:

The clams are plenty and fresh and ginger taste is delicious.  

The last one I want to introduce is my favorite,"Small fish dried chili ".

6.Small fish dried chili is their sign (小魚乾辣醬)

Sauce is mixed with the small fisd, so the tast is very spice and a bit sweet. The spicy is a kind of addictiion to let you eat and eat....
