1. I would like to book a  single room for December 31.
   (我想要訂12月31日一間單人房)

2. Is the service charge included?
   (服務費包括在內嗎?)

3. Is there any internet service in the room?
   (房間內可以上網嗎?)

二、存放行李

1. We are wondering if you can keep our baggage until this afternoon.
    （我們想知道您可不可以幫我們看一下我們的行李到這個下午。）

2. We are checking out at 11:00 but won’t leave the city until 4:00.
    （我們十一點要退房，但要到四點才會離開這個城市。）

3. We really don’t want to carry baggage while exploring the city for the last time.
   （我們真的不想要在最後一次逛這個城市時，還要帶著行李。）

4. Excuse me, where can we deposit the baggage ?  或是 Can I leave my luggage in the lobby?
   ( 請問我們可以把行李寄放在哪兒 )

5. May I put  baggage here? I'll pick it up at 3 pm.
   (請問可以寄放行李嗎? 我大概下午3點回來拿)

6. We want to check out now, but we want to  leave the luggage here, and come back around 3pm to pick it up.
