logrotate will failed to execute if selinux policy not setup correctly

以前在centos7上執行logrotate 沒發現什麼問題，大概因為都用系統預設的log檔位置及內容

這次改用docker，log檔是另外移動出來到自訂volume folder

就遇到selinux權限問題了

所以要設定二個指令

semanage fcontext -a -t var_log_t /your/custom/log/folder/path

restorecon -v /your/custom/log/folder/path
